Tips for more water intake:

  • Bring a water bottle with you! (refill it)
  • Plan a beverage with every snack
  • Freeze water bottles (you can have cold water all day)
  • Choose water over other drinks
  • Drink water when eating out (you will save money too!)
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables (about 20% of our fluid intake is from foods)
  • Add lime or lemon to it (can improve taste)
