K Jay Barton, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), has trained extensively in Emergency, Family, and Internal Medicine and has over 20 years of experience in the medical field. Jay is from Springville, Utah and graduated from Brigham Young University with his Nurse Practitioners license. He has since gained diverse experience in Emergency, Urgent, and Routine Care. In his free time, Jay enjoys spending time with his family - especially traveling and visiting State and National Parks in Utah. He also enjoys grilling and smoking food for family and friends. His future goals include staying healthy and providing the best care to patients for many years to come.
Michael J Cole is a family Physician's Assistant who specializes in Cardiology and Echocardiography. His years of experience include diverse treatments in Stress Testing, Congestive Heart Failure, Hypertension, and High Cholesterol levels. Michael received his undergrad and Masters of Science degree from the University of Utah, one of the oldest PA programs in the country. In his free time, Michael enjoys mountain biking with friends and family. He plans to further his education by continuing to learn medicine and provide the best care to his patients for many years to come.
Sheralee Pulver is a Nationally Certified EMT-I advanced who specializes in family practice and student healthcare. Sheralee received her Masters in Emergency Medicare from Utah Valley University, where she is currently an Adjunct Professor for Emergency Medical Technician. She is from Payson, Utah; her pastimes include fishing, boating and spending time with her family, especially her 1 baby granddaughter. Her future goals for the practice include growing the family practice and see her patients succeed.
