Cardiologist

As a part of our continued growth, we are searching for a new Cardiologist to join our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Examine, diagnose and treat patients
• Address concerns: Educate and counsel with patients and families about chronic and acute conditions 
• Documents needs including: appropriate chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment and plan
• Formulate diagnostic and treatment plans
• Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures
• Order lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow up
• Responsible for the coordination of care with specialists and appropriate ancillary services
• Complete all documentation and paperwork in a timely manner
• Maintains quality of care standards as defined by the practice

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted medical license (Utah preferred)
• Board Certified (or eligible) in Cardiology
